Free Childhood Immunizations
For eligible children 2 months thru 18 years of age
Your child may be eligible for free immunizations from the Caring for Children Foundations' Care Van if he/she has no health insurance, has health insurance that does not cover vaccines, has Medicaid, or is an American Indian or Alaskan Native.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Child's complete shot record MUST be provided.
